The Company’s business operations are carried on by its subsidiary, Ningbo Binbin Stationery Co., Ltd. (Binbin). The Company has two reportable segments: Ningbo Binbin Stationery Co., Ltd (Stationery) and Ningbo Binbin Style Commodity Co., Ltd (Style).
